Buy a Juicer and use it daily.
Supplement every day.
Once a season, do a 5 day Cleansing and Detoxification Program. Periodic cleansing ia a key to a long healthy life.
Move for one hour every day. Sweat.
Stop watching television.
Wear cotton and other natural fibers.
Eat more Raw Fresh Foods and cook in only stainless steel or glass.
Drink only plain purified water.
Walk barefoot and Breathe Deeply.
Begin and End each day by saying, “It’s great to be alive and I love myself and I love my life.”
Help someone everyday.
Throw Out or Give Away 1/3 of everything you own. Bury your possessions before they bury you….
Pray and Meditate.
Learn 1,000 jokes and Laugh.
Love, Love, and Love more…

Protein is arguably the second most important factor to reasonable health, and great fitness. The very word  “PROTEIN” ; means most-important. Now aside from quite expensive Hydrolyzed Whey Protein, how do we get the good stuff we need? Beef is expensive, chicken can get boring fast… So having seen this cool article in Men’s Fitness-June/July ‘09 I thought this would be awesome to share with all of you.

Run Today

Run you fools!  I see very few people running or exercising. In these slow economic times, we all need to improve our bodies. Fit men get more money, promotions, partners and are sharper. Sound mind in a sound body.

You do not need a gym membership to use your body in a effective way, or to exercise it. I am also of the opinion that gyms are detrimental, or just non-effective, for most men. Being high pressure and often full of drugs. Go natural! Stay Natural! So many men do this;  just buy some cheap weight-lifting equipment and try some curls once in a while. This is not enough. Squats are far more useful in the long run and a better whole body exercise anyways…
But Cardio -Whatever your flavor- will pay the greatest dividends in the long run. Overall health is really what matters the most, and cardio-respiratory is the most beneficial if your only have time for one type of exercise. By all means diversify. But do something! I hear a lot of  “I don’t have the time to run!” You really do- 5min warm up, 20min of Running and 5 min cool down. So are you really gonna tell yourself that you can’t make 30 minutes for running?

Why Run? Well… heart health (cardio respiratory endurance) is so much a part of our lives. Remember that poor heart health and E.D. go hand in hand. So is running worth your soilder at attention? Better skin that doesn’t sag? Quicker reflexes? G.I. health, thereby better breath? Cardio is big stuff Guys. So don’t bother telling yourself lies. Get out and Dedicate the time to your own Health.
I whole-heartily endorse running. Unless otherwise indicated by your health care provider or personal situation.   So get out and do something. Run, bike, swim or just play. In these sweet late summer days try Rock CLimbing! Get you partner and go out for a hike, low cost and intimate… Now is a great time of year to start- the leaves will change a great deal over the next few months. You get a workout, she gets quality time. Plus you’re getting stronger.

Feel Better Fast !!

You can feel better first thing tomorrow, by doing two simple things.

Drink 3liters of water- One at breakfast, one through the afternoon and one more in your last hour before bed. Feeling better has many aspects, energy, mental attitude and over health; dehydration has a negative effect on these.  Better hydration is one low cost way to get improvement fast.
Take 1000mg. of high quality B-complex. Consume one with your morning meal, and another at the end of your day with water.

So many of us make choices through out our days that cost us at night. Coffee at 9pm after a late dinner. Really a lot of us do this, late dinner is one thing. The last few times I have gone out, people always end they’re meals with coffee. After some not so quiet questioning, servers told me that it is the norm. Even building and timing meals around coffee.
After to much food, more drinks than we probably could make intelligent use of, we top it all off with caffeine. Eating to excess, yep I do this quite a bit- I don’t consume alcohol of any kind, nope just don’t. We decide to have coffee. Why? Mostly due to realities of going out to socialize.

Having fun and consuming is half the game. Yet excess only makes you glutenous. Everyone has made fun of friends who go to far. Yet we are unable to do this for ourselves. No coffee after 6pm? easy. Most drinks contain sugar and will keep you up, unless you drink to passing out.

How to be a Fit Man Today? Calcium is really it. Tums, junk chalk, or simple calcium supplements. 1000 to 4000mg taken 45 minutes before you need to be asleep. Drink at least 2 pints of water with the calcium. Chew them up if you can. Now this will work on any night, and it should not be used for more than three nights in a row. If you can’t sleep, don’t wait until 2am to try this. If you have been lying there 15 minutes, get up take calcium and water. It will not be instant; so get on with it as you need to.
